    Description:
I just tried making a local modification to user_function.eng [in v.19]. We are creating some custom reports that require an entry to be put in user_function.eng. I tried doing this, but I can’t seem to get the permission to show up in the GUI. We used to put something like the following in our v17 user_function.eng:

    WWW-B-CUSTOM L Custom utilities/services 60 L Custom-60 OPAC Stats - Visits – Monthly

But that doesn’t work in v19. The custom service is showing in the service menu but I’m getting an error when I try to go to it “Unable to find correct permission…”. Any idea how to set this up in v19?

    Resolution:
Please look at KB 16384-9474. You need to use the label "PRIV-S" in version 19 -- not "WWW-B-CUSTOM".
