GUI search results not emailed

Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

Description:
On gui search results there are 3 options: save as set and print/send and we get the popup with print send e-mail save on disk - on record format screen

We choose send e-mail we fill the e-mail address and the subject but when we click send brings us back to the format record screen without sending mail.

Where is the config file to define this option ?

Later: We did that but got the following AlephMail Error "Error sending to all recipients". (There was only one addressee.)

Resolution:
You need to set the icon of the printer in the right lower corner in “normal printing status”.
