    HOL library tab_tag_text: change to 008 not taking effect

    Description:
    I changed tab_tag_text in the abc60 library on our ver19 Test server,008 tag positions 16, 21 and 22. I restarted the PC server several times, closed and opened my GUI client several times, but cannot get the client to read the new file when creating a new record. It is still reading the old file (tab_tag_text.20101118.maz).

    Resolution:
    KB 4003 says: "The tab_tag_text file is not used when you create a new record manually; the xxx60/pc_tab/catalog/ldr_ho.eng form is used."

    This case of the 008 is parallel: the tab_tag_text file is not used when you create a new record manually; the ./xxx60/pc_tab/catalog/008_ho.eng form is used.

    Since the 008_ho.eng has the same values as the tab_tag_text.20101118.maa, it *seems* that it is using that old file.

    You need to make the corresponding change in ./abc60/pc_tab/catalog/008_ho.eng. (Be sure to do util m/7 after making this change.)
