Holdings not appearing for new collection

Problem Symptoms:
For various reasons the library doesn't create item records for all holdings -- just HOL records. Eight sublibrary/collection combinations appear OK in the OPAC, but a ninth does not -- even though there *is* an HOL record with an 852 field containing this sublibrary/collection.

Cause:
Multiple 852 fields in same HOL record. An examination of the HOL record in question showed that it contained multiple 852 fields, and that the 852 for this sublibrary/collection was the second.

A study of other instances showed that only the first 852 was displaying in OPAC.

Resolution:
If there's no item for the sublibrary/collection, be sure that it is the first (or only) 852 in the record.
