    Question

How much space does the z00p (Published documents) table take?

    Answer

When publish-04 has been run and the z00p is completely populated, the number of z00p records will be the sum of the records in each base specified in column 2 of each xxx01 tab_publish publishing set entry. (The number of records in a base can be seen in util h/1/10.)

If there is just a single publishing set, the number of z00p records will be slightly fewer than the number of z00 records (since suppressed records are typically not published.)

The space each z00p records takes is roughly *ten times* the space that its z00 record occupies. Almost all of this space is in the Z00P_SEGNAME (the LOBSEGMENT) rather than the Z00P table itself.
