How to generate a report of Journals with Summary Holdings

Resolution

1. Run ret-01 to create an input file of journals (for example, FMT=SE)

2. Set up tab_expand in XXX60/tab: 

    BIB-HOL    expand_doc_hld_stmt            GET_Z30_BY=HOL
    BIB-HOL    expand_doc_hol_86x

3. Set up tab_expand in XXX01/tab:

     PRINT-COL    expand_doc_bib_hol

4. Add new entry to rep_tab_short.eng in XXX01/tab, for example 005 :

     005 L Title                245##                              025 02 C01 ---
     005 L ISSN                 022##                              025 02 C01 ---
     005 L Holding              866##                              025 02 C01 ---         Y

5. Add 005 to ./pc_b_eng/p-print-08.xml : 

                    <cbitem>
                        <value>005</value>
                        <display>Title | ISSN | Summary Holdings</display>
                </cbitem>

6. Restart PC server 

7. Run Print Catalog Records - Columnar Format (print-08), select added format from the Report Format menu.
