ITM and ITM1 don't work in Brief and Full displays

Description:
We have ITM+ specified in the www_tab_short.eng and ITM1 in edit_doc_999.eng.
Neither works: the Location (Owned/Checked out) column is blank in the Brief and the "holdings(1)" is omitted in the Full.

Resolution:
ITM1 and ITM+ don't work with a sublibrary code in column 9 of tab_sub_library.eng. (Analysis shows that the tab_sub_library_single routine does not work with such a value.)
