    In ILL2 ill_68 Report Sometimes Doc Number Does Not Appear

    Description:
    The report using form template overdue_apdu_report_body_00 sometimes does not include the Bib Doc Number.

    Resolution:
    There are 2 "doc-number" fields in Z416:
    Z416_REC_KEY = Z416-DOC-NUMBER 9(9) DESC: The ILL request doc number. It is the same as the XXX40 doc number. CONV: ILL system number.
    Z416_BIB_INFO = Z416-BIB-DOC-NUMBER 9(9) DESC: The BIB doc number that has been located for the request. CONV: BIB doc number or zeroes.
    The Z416-DOC-Number equals the ILL request number in all cases.
    As observed, the Z416-BIB-DOC-NUMBER is sometimes empty. This can happen when the ILL order comes from a Unitless library.
