    Incorrect fine produced on renew

    Problem Symptoms:
    When an overdue item is renewed sometimes an incorrect fine is produced.

    The reason for this is that the new due hour, instead of the original due hour, is used in the fine calculation. To compound the problem, z31_key shows the correct due hour, making the fine even more confusing.

    For hourly loans this problem usually will result in no fine when there should be one. An excessive fine might be produced when the due hour is after midnight.

    With daily loan, when staff use RenewAll and fail to fill in the due hour (thus leaving it at 00:00). In that case the fine produced is for one more day than expected.

    Cause:
    Defect.

    Resolution:
    With daily loan, when staff use RenewAll button, make sure that the clock is set correctly, otherwise the value will remain at 00:00
