I attempted to run the indexing routine p_manage_01. We got "Write error":

Resolution:
At this stage, the p_manage_01 job is reading the bib records and writing work records to the manage_01_a files in $data_scratch. The xxx01 $data_scratch was out of space. This is described in the "How To Run Index Jobs" document, Section 9, "Sort Errors".
