Input file format for p_file_95

Description:
I have not succeeding in updating the targeted BIB record with corrected data which my input file provides. As I look again at the Help file for p_file_95, I am confused by the wording. It speaks both of pseudo-MARC as well as MARC records, and the example shows what appears to be an ALEPH-sequential format file. So my question is simply what kind of input file (format) does p_file_95 require?

a) MARC 21
b) ALEPH-Sequential

Resolution:
p_file_95 expects its input records to be in MARC format only, not in Aleph sequential format.
