Installing third party products fails because of file permissions

Description

Installing the latest service pack, the third party products fail to install because of file permission errors:

The packages have owners of adidr/sfx and adidr/inst respectively. Shouldn't the packages have owners of exlibris/aleph for an Aleph installation? 

Resolution

1. As this is a hosted server, the 3rd party installation must be aligned according to Exlibris standards. (Normally the installation of service packs for hosted sites is performed by the EL Installation Team.)
2. Per our standards, the installation must be performed as aleph user and using our utilities. 
3. The ownership issue seems to be due to fact that the downloads and installations were performed as root user. The 3rd party products should not be installed into the root system as the application is not using it.
