    Internal staff notes sometimes passed to lending library
    Actual Results:
    If staff note is added before the locate then it is passed to the lending library.
    Expected Results:
    Whether the staff note is added before or after the locate it should not be passed to the lending library.

    Resolution:
    Documentation correction - rc 2112 v.20.
    This has been added to online help for borrowing request in the ILL GUI:
    Note
    Free text note; the lender will receive the note only if it is filled before the locate action (otherwise the note is internal).
