    Is the grace period ignored for Web renewals?

    I found the following information in KB doc #6011: "Web renewal fine ignores grace days: If an item is renewed via the Web, the grace period is not used and a fine is generated when it should not be." The response was that rep changes have solved this problem in the gui, but there was no mention of any correction for web renewals. Can you tell me if this is still the case?

    Resolution:
    The grace period for web renewals is functional in v17, v18, and v19.
