Item History - viewing item information

Description:
In v15 when you viewed the All item history, the system displayed the item form that contained General info (1), General info (2), Serial information, and Serial levels. In v17 'viewing' the all item history brings back the item information pop up that just has Item tab, bib info and change info tag. This means we can no longer see things like our waiting list unit date that was shown in the 'pages' field on General info (1) tag.

Resolution:
I would suggest you to troubleshoot this problem the following way:

1. On the test server type in the command line:
pc_display_off
Restart the pc server.

2. Open the record in GUI. In the Item Information window you'll see raw XML tags rather than then usual display. Can you see the field in question in the raw XML? If so, you can add it to the display by modifying the abc50/pc_display_eng/item-history-expand table. If you can't see this field in raw XML, submit an SI with an enhancement suggestion.

3. Type in the command line:
pc_display_on
Restart the pc server.
