    Problem Symptoms:
    The LOW field is no longer displayed in the "Edit Actions" menu

    Resolution:

    Description: Cataloging - It is impossible to see the list of local owners ("LOW" field) in the "Edit Actions" menu.

    Solution: This has been corrected.
