    List of loans in military time

    Description:
    The time in List of loans in Test is not in military time, but in am/pm as is the time on our overdue summary.
    However list of loans in Production is military. It would nice if production wasn't in military time.

    Resolution:
    Looking at pc_server_defaults on the Test server, I see this:

    setenv time_style_s 04
    setenv time_style_f 04

    while Prod has this:

    setenv time_style_s 01
    setenv time_style_f 01

    You should change Prod to be the same as Test and then restart the pc_server.
