We have received files of new authority records and the corresponding updated bib records from a vendor.

Which should be loaded/indexed first?

Resolution:
It doesn't matter loaded/indexed first, but, for maximum efficiency, ue_01 should have run on the records in *both* the bib and authority libraries before ue_08 is started in the bib library.
