    Local Patron Information "Get Defaults" not working

    Description:
    When I fill in a patron status on the GUI Circ, Local Patron Information screen for ADM abc50, and click "Get Defaults", the privileges which appear (on the "Patron Privileges" tab) do *not* correspond to those for this patron status in xxx50 tab31.

    Resolution:
    Step 1. Make a note of the values which appear as the "Sublibrary" and the "Patron Status" in the Local Patron Details tab in the GUI.

    Step 2. Go to the ./xxx50/tab/tab31 on the server and look for the first line which explicitly or by default("##" wildcards) matches this "sublibrary"/status combination. This is the line being used.

    If the values in this line are not the values which should appear as the defaults for this "sublibrary"/status combination, then either change them or move the line -- commonly the XXX50 line -- to the bottom of the table so that it will follow the "##### 01 ..., ##### 02, etc., lines for specific statuses.

    3. Restart the pc_server.
