Message io_z00p_count_publish_set in p_publish_04

Description:
When starting p_publish_04 (Initial Publishing) we see following error message in logfile:

Oracle error: io_z00p_count_publish_set
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Resolution:
In one case the problem was related to the fact that Z00P was created in BIB-library (in this example ABC01). By default the table Z00P needs to be created in usr_library (in this example ABC50). Please note that using variable publishing_library in aleph_start you may change the publishing library to another library (e.g. ABC01).

In another case the problem was caused by the fact that the publishing_library-variable from aleph_start was not activated. To activate any change in aleph_start it is recommend to logout/login to the UNIX-system and restart all Aleph processes.
