    NO COLUMNS FOUND FOR TABLE

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 16.02

    Description:
In running p_manage_05, our p_manage_05.c.log has these errors:

    NO COLUMNS FOUND FOR TABLE
    ...
    Error: can't write to file

    And the z11_dmp_ora.log.1 file has:

SQL*Loader-350: Syntax error at line 8.
Expecting "," or ")", found "COLUMNS".
    NO COLUMNS FOUND FOR TABLE

    Resolution:
The odn04/file_list shows that the z11 table is to be created in the TS4D tablespace, but util a/14/1 has no entry for the TS4D tablespace. (This is what happens when the tablespace is full.)

Oracle was unable to get the initial allocation for this table and produced the above error messages.

A database file needs to be added to the TS4D tablespace (using util o/13/3).

Then the job can be rerun (from the beginning) with the same parameters used in the original run.
