    New courses display wrong items

    Description:
    Our course reserves staff have created two new courses and added materials. When you browse or search them (instructor last name is test Test, Mrs), you can see that they have 3 items attached (which is correct).

    When you follow the link there are instead 34 records, none of which are correct.

    It looks like the index might not be incrementing correctly/at all? I'm unsure of how to check this.

    Resolution:
    KB 16384-3650 answered this. Be sure to create the triggers. They appear as:

    z127_trigger
    z127_trigger_1
    z127_trigger_2

    They are triggers on the z120 record, causing the z127 record to be updated.
