    New z00r table in xxx60 library hangs

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Adding the z00r table to xxx60 library as described in the "z00r table needed for XXX30 or XXX60 library" KB (# 5870).

    * Looking in util a/17/11/2 and util a/17/14, the z00r seems to be defined properly, but when manage-07 ("Update short bibliographic records") is run to build the table, it hangs. (The job hangs trying to process the first record. Even after an hour it does not progress to the second record.)

    * The xxx60 ue_01 hangs in a similar fashion.

    Cause:
    We were unable to locate the underlying cause of the problem.

    Resolution:
    Stopping and restarting Aleph and Oracle corrects the problem.
