No ALEPH borrower after running p_cir_83

Description:
After running p_cir_83 to generate ALEPH z305 records in the $usr_library (PWD50) for each ADM library, we find that there are still no ALEPH borrower records: When we connect to ABC50, bring up the patron list, and click on a patron with "Local Patron Information" highlighted, there is no line with "ALEPH" as the sublibrary in the resulting list.

(Note: tab100 specifies "USER-SHARING=Y", so it seems that we *should* have ALEPH z305's.)

Resolution:
util f/4 for z305 in the $usr_library (PWD50) confirmed that the ALEPH z305 records *had* been created. The reason they were not displaying in the Local Patron Information list was that the $alephe_tab/tab_sub_library.eng had this:
