    No BIB Data Visible in Banner at Top of GUI Item View

    Description:
    1. In the GUI ITEM view for BIB record 866917 (and other records) there is no BIB data visible in the banner at the top, although there is BIB data available in the "BIB info" tab under "1. Item Display" tab.

    2. No title info is visible in the Records tab for their HOL and ADM records.

    3. On ARC reports, these records have a blank title and a publication year of "0".

    I tried saving all the records to the server, but nothing changed.

    Resolution:
    A check of the z13 for BIB record 866917 confirmed that the Publication year is "0000" and the title is blank.
    This is because these records have LDR/05 Record status = "d" (deleted).

    The indexing programs call a "check_doc_is_deleted" routine which checks for:
    1) DEL Y
    2) STA $$aDeleted
    3) LDR byte 05 "d"

    The LDR byte 05 "d" suppresses indexing, even without the DEL or STA field.
