No Batch Logs Display

Description:
The batch logs for all our libraries are always empty, even after I submitted jobs to the batch queue.
How can we display entries in our logs?

Resolution:
The last-batch-job-no variable was missing from your usr_library.
It needs to be created there using the one in USR00 as an example.
