    OPAC - redirect after timeout

    Question

    When a patron is logged in and has several OPAC pages opened after timeout each page is redirected to the login page. Is this normal?

    Answer

    Yes, this is the normal system behavior. When a patron is logged in to the OPAC and opens several OPAC pages all pages get the same SessionId. Therefore all pages are redirected to the login page after connection timeout.
