    ORA-00490: PSP process terminated with error

    Problem Symptoms:
    Oracle is not working and in the log (util o/3/1) there is the error message
    ORA-00490: PSP process terminated with error

    Cause:
    PSP process terminated with error, this error will occur because of the process spawner died.

    Resolution:
    Restart the Oracle instance.
