Description:
Oracle error: io_z00p_write - insert into varchar2
ORA-01654: unable to extend index ORN50.Z00P_ID2 by 16 in tablespace T
2010-02-17 15:32:51 An error occured while trying to Insert doc: 000045902 into z00p table for publish set: PRIMO-AVAIL.
Nothing yet about PRIMO-FULL – how long should ue_21 run?
Resolution:
[From Jerry:]
ue_21 is a daemon which should be running all the time (just as ue_01 does).
Though the error message is in regard to the PRIMO-AVAIL base, it indicates a problem with the z00p, in general, which is also shared with the PRIMO-FULL publishing set.
The message indicates a space problem with the tablespace the z00p_id2 oracle index resides in. This is no doubt a TSnX tablespace (-- a tablespace used for the Oracle index components). See KBs 3985 and 16384-1265 for a discussion of how to find which tablespace it is and how to deal with it.
After adding a file to the tablespace, you will need to do util a/17/3 for z00p (to rebuild this z00p_id2 Oracle index).
[From site:]
We resized TS1X tablespace rather than adding a file -- and rebuilt the z00p_id2. It's working now ... thanks!
