Oracle error: io_z02_write

Question

Do the following errors indicate a problem:

* in the PC server log:

Oracle error: io_z02_write
ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXX01.Z02_ID) violated

* and these similar messages in the xxx01 $data_scratch/run_e_01.nnnn.log:

HANDLING DOC NO. - XXX01.000284498 2012-12-18 09:56:12

Oracle error: io_z02_write
ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXX01.Z02_ID) violated

Answer

If no other problem is found in conjunction with these messages, they can be ignored.

Additional Information

The previously-encountered cases of these messages have had causes such as multiple updates being written very closely together.
