LATE-RET-FINE-WHEN-LOST=Y
Cause:

Additional Information
Option LATE-RET-FINE-WHEN-LOST=Y was only implemented earlier this year.
That means, for lost late returns earlier than this date the return fine was not created.

! have been accrued up to this point of time. Do charge the lost-item
