    Description:
    What exactly is the purpose of parameter "missing" in section [Statuses] in tab_sip2.conf (introduced by rc #3060 in Aleph 20.2)?

    Resolution:
    The parameter "missing" is used for enhanced support of SIP2-field "circulation status" in Item Information Response (message 18). If item has relevent process status, SIP2-server will set circulation status-field to value 13 (= missing) in response.
