Description:
The tab for "Patron Loans Summary" appears twice in the Circulation client on the check-out and check-in screens.

Resolution:
The tabs which appear under "Patron Information" on the Loan -- Session screen are found in the xxx50 $data_root/pc_display_eng/user-details file. On your server we see that "Patron Loans Summary" occurs twice:

aleph-ABC50> grep LABEL user-details
##LABEL Patron Details##
##LABEL Patron Notes##
##LABEL Patron Loans Summary##
##LABEL Patron Loans Summary##

Contrast this with the usm50 $data_root/pc_display_eng/user-details file:

aleph-USM50> grep LABEL user-details
##LABEL Patron Details##
##LABEL Patron Notes##
##LABEL Patron Loans Summary##

It seems that you have added this extra LABEL. It should be removed.
