    Patron Logger (z307) is updated with wrong information, transaction 13 and 23 created

    Problem Symptoms:
    Whenever the patron is updated, 2 additional transactions are written to the patron logger (z307): 13 and 23.

    Cause:
    Defect

    Resolution:
    Solved with Service Pack 21.1.4 (rep_change #2490)
    Description: CIRC - update patron's global information. Each time the patron's record was updated, two redundant logger transactions (13 & 23) were created.
