Patron with System Number "000000000"

Problem Symptoms:
GUI-created patron was given a system ID of "000000000". ID should be of the form "ID-nnnnn", which
is what is specified in the xxx50 util g/2 last-bor-id counter.
Cause:
Uncertain, but probably because the operator accidentally typed- or pasted-in the "000000000".
Resolution:
* Make note of the patron's ID's and other information in GUI Circ;
* Delete/recreate patron
Additional Information
The normal thing is for the operator to leave the Patron ID field blank and let the system assign the ID, but the system does *not* enforce this and *does* allow the operator type or paste something in.
