    Patrons created after upgrade file -- by patron name -- before converted patrons

    Description:
    When looking at the patrons by name the patrons created after upgrade file before the converted patrons.
    I don't see the same - what should be done to correct this?

    Resolution:
    You can see from the following SQL that the z303_name_key of these newly-created patrons has a combination of upper and lowercase characters while the z303_name_key of the converted patrons is all lowercase.

    SQL-ABC50> select z303_name_key from z303 order by z303_name_key;

    The solution is to run p_manage_64 to regenerate the z303_name_key. And then rerun p_cir_25 to regenerate the z353.
    If you find that the records in the Patron Index are case-sensitive, then please consult KB 6868.
