    Performance problem with publish-04

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Service Initial Publishing Process (publish-04) is processing BIB records very slow (approx. 30.000 records per hour)

    Cause:
    Job was started with too few processes

    Resolution:
    * Restart publish-04 with more processes (up to twice the number of CPU)
