Actual Results: Normal printouts get sometimes corrupted and grow to a giant size, leading to a client crash

Expected Results: Client should not crash.

The message "XML tag <form name> missing from printout" can occur in connection with this problem.

Resolution:
In regard to " ... missing from printout", if one closes the client and comes back in again, then one can print the same report without errors. Until, of course, it happens again.
