    Producing notice/letter with slightly different wording - p-cir-51

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How to add a new letter format to service "Overdue and Lost Billing Summary Letter (cir-51)"?

    Procedure:
    Add a new xsl form in xxxnn/form_lng, e.g. lost-material-summary-05 or overdue-summary-1-05 and run util I/6.

    Add the new letter format to table /exlibris/aleph/u2n_n/alephe/pc_b_lng/p-cir-51.xml (if the table is not already available in the u-tree copy it from the a-tree):

    Restart the PC server. The new format can then be selected in field "Letter format" in service p_cir_51.
