    Remote file error global-91, paying fines

    Description:
    When patrons pay fines, system queries if they are paying that amount. We say yes. Instead of the receipt print box popping up, we get a remote file error(global-91) saying "unable to open local file."

    Resolution:
    Suggested to check circ/tab/circ.ini, section: [Payment] CashNoReceipt=2 ('2' is an optional number), and also to check tab_attr_sub_library for the workstation's IP (Util Y/13).

    The problem eventually is indeed with circ.ini (above), further to 14.2 rep_change 2661. Original circ.ini contained only "NoReceipt".

    ALSO - "At City Campus (ERIEC) we've given complete administrative rights to the generic circulation terminal login and now it works there."
