Description:
v20 rep change 3042 allows the system to be configured to show only sub libraries for which the staff user has permissions when running services.

Is it is possible to remove the "All" option from the list of libraries with this change? (Otherwise, the staff member is able to run the service for all sublibraries -- even the ones for which he does not have permission.)

Resolution:
This is possible by adding the NO-USE option to the xml, for example as follows:
