Replication of local title record deletion

Question
Why are title records deleted locally using „Delete Bibliographic Records Including Related ADM/HOL Records (manage-33)“ not replicated to central catalog. In central catalog only item and HOL records are deleted but not the title records.
Answer
A replication of title record deletions is not provided and also not planned as requested by the Consortias
