Report Studio link not visible

Problem symptoms
- Report Studio link at the top right-hand side of the screen is not visible
- Only Query Studio is available, but 2 Professional Author licenses were purchased
- Using Firefox browser
Cause
Firefox is not fully supported by Cognos ReprtNet in ARC 2.0.
Resolution
Use fully supported browser
