Problem Description: Report output (cash_02, format 02) contains blank lines

Actual Results: Patron ID, Patron Name are on one line, followed by one or more blank lines and then Patron balance is on its own line

Expected Results: Patron ID, Patron Name, Patron balance would be output on the same line

Resolution:
Fixed in v. 20 - rc #3665
