    Routing list is not displaying automatically when a new issue is arrived

    Problem Symptoms:
    *Routing list does not pop up when a new issue is arrived
    *Routing list exists
    *Routing lists link the "last item" shown as a date in the past

    Cause:
    Multiple subscriptions with the routing list associated with the non-current subscription

    Resolution:
    Switch routing list to current subscription
