    Problem Symptoms:
    * Subfield $$a of 410## field implement WTI word-title index despite the ./xxx01/tab/tab11_word setting
    410## a 01 WRD WSR

    Cause:
    * expand_doc_bib_uni_454 program in xxx01/tab/tab_expand for WORD Expand menu
    * This program expands the contents of embedded field as 2001 (title) and indexes it as regular 2001 according to tab11 setting

    Resolution:
    * Edit ./xxx01/tab/tab_expand
    * Remove or comment out the line:
    WORD expand_doc_bib_uni_454
    * Restart PC Server
    * Run Update Word Index (manage-01) service to rebuild the Word Index of the database
