    Server Restart after util h/2 or util h/3 header update?

    Description:
    After running the Util/H/2 and Util/H/3 for the 1871 service pack, is it necessary to restart any of the servers for the changes to take effect?

    Resolution:
    The table headers updated by util h/2 and util h/3 are not used by the programs. (They exist only to provide information to the staff member looking at the tables.)

    Therefore, nothing needs to be restarted.
