Spine label has number on separate line from letter its associated with

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20

    Problem Symptoms:
Spine label for certain call numbers has a number, which should be on the same line as the letter which it is associated with on a separate line. See example in Additional Information below.

    Cause:
he "77" is on a separate line because there's a space between the B and the 77. Space triggers a new line.

    Resolution:
Eliminate the space; make it "B77". (Note: this may be unacceptable because it may cause the number to sort incorrectly.)

    Additional Information

Example. The label looks like this: CYAC Y Z 77 P5 when it should look like this: CYAC Y Z 77 P5
