Staff Note doesn’t appear if added “after” Locate

Description:
Staff notes not always passed to lending library
If staff note is added after the locate then it is not passed to the lending library.
Whether the staff note is added before or after the locate it should be passed to the lending library

Resolution:
This issue is still open and was escalated to Development for further investigation <2009-03-08 01:00:03>.
From issue resolution: The staff note (Z410-STAFF-NOTE) is automatically copied to the Z411-NOTE-TO-PARTNER (supplier record) AFTER the locate process or when adding a supplier (z411) manually. If the staff note (Z410-STAFF-NOTE) is added after the locate has been done or after the manual addition of the supplier, it is not copied automatically. It is possible to add this note directly to the supplier record (z411) by going to the suppliers' tab and modifiying the record.[4/22/2009 9:37:59 AM Judith Fraenkel]
