    Description:
    On our hosted server ... are system restarts (reboots) performed by Ex Libris on a regular cycle?

    Resolution:
    We don't reboot the servers regularly, only when needed -- when there is maintenance work or by request.

    (See KB 16384-21105 in regard to how frequently the www_server's, pc_server's, and aleph should be restarted.)
